Dodge produced a line of pickup trucks that included the D/W series from 1960 to 1993 across three generations. The D designation indicated a 4×2 model and the W designation indicated the 4×4 model with the following number (100) meaning a 1/2-ton model. The 1974 Dodge W100 was part of the third generation. This generation was updated with a more rounded and smooth styling along with being constructed with galvanized steel making them quite durable. Also, for this year a new 440 cu.in. engine was offered.
