Today’s Classic Truck Finds 04/21/2023

The International C-series was a line of pickup trucks that were built by International Harvester from 1961 to 1968, replacing the earlier A- and B-series line. They ranged from 4200 to 8800 pounds GVW. The truck styles saw moderate updates with this line, but a new chassis and suspension were the most notable. They featured standard cabs, but also offered a four-door crew cab known as the Travelette. The trucks were initially named C-100 to C-130, but the naming convention changed in 1963 to C-900 to C-1500, in 1965 to the D-900 to D-1500, and in 1966 it was changed again to the 900A to 1500A. The engine choices were a selection of inline six and V8 engines. The C-series was eventually replaced in 1968 by the Harvester D-series.
